Phaethon

He was the son of Helios and Klymene. He begged Helios to let him drive the chariot of the sun. He lost control of the chariot, and it set the earth on fire. Phaethon was placed among the stars as a constellation after he died. The name of this constellation was Auriga which meant the Charioteer.
